Branded Cups for Events and Weddings

Favours, bar cups, or both?

• Keepsake favours. A full colour cup with names and a date is a favour people actually take home and reuse, unlike most wedding trinkets. Half pints and pints suit this best.
• Bar cups. Durable, stackable cups carrying the couple's or the event's branding across the whole bar. These take the volume, so single colour keeps the cost sensible.
• Both. A premium favour cup plus a plainer branded bar cup is common at larger weddings.

Half pints work for wine, fizz and tasting sessions. Pint to line is the all rounder for beer and cider served to a legal measure. Pint to brim gives the full volume for soft drinks and mixers. Two pints come into their own at festivals and large parties where fewer trips to the bar matters.

How many to order

With a minimum of 50 cups, small weddings are covered easily. For bar service, order to your peak demand rather than one cup per drink served, because cups rotate through service, collection and washing. Wash turnaround is usually the real constraint, so confirm what you can clean and return to the bar per hour before you settle on a quantity. Send us your run sheet and we will size an exact quantity with you.

Getting the artwork right

Send vector artwork or high resolution files. We supply a print template for your chosen size and proof the design before printing, with free artwork proofing from our in house design team. For weddings, names and a date in full colour IML look sharp and will not wash off, because the artwork is fused into the cup wall rather than sitting on the surface. For corporate events, a logo or sponsor lock up in full colour reads across a whole venue.

Standard production is 10 working days from artwork approval, with a 25 working day Eco Saver tier at the lowest unit price and 48–72hr express available on urgent jobs. If your date is fixed and immovable, get the artwork signed off early: internal approval is usually the longest part of the process, not manufacturing.
