Final Sale Policy on Manufactured Goods
At Drinksmate, we manufacture bespoke, custom-printed reusable cups directly from our UK facility. Because these products are created specifically with your event branding, all sales of custom goods are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or over-order for your venue.
Exemptions for Personalised Goods
Under UK law, personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day 'cooling-off' period. Once an order for branded cups has been placed and factory production has been authorised (following your visual proof approval), it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Goods
We maintain strict British manufacturing standards. However, we will gladly accept returns if the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the digital proof you approved. In these instances:
- You must notify us via email at hello@drinksmate.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault or misprint.
- If the claim is verified by our production team, we will provide a rapid factory replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Plain, Non-Personalised Items
For standard, unbranded stock items, statutory rights for distance selling apply only where legally mandated, provided the items remain unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact our team before attempting to return any plain stock.
