Every printed cup we produce is rigid polypropylene, UKCA marked, dishwasher safe, BPA-free, and built for 200+ uses. Our custom festival cups are available in pint, half pint, and two pint sizes - all printed in-house on the same production lines. Full colour IML printing is fused to the cup wall during moulding, which means the print cannot fade, peel, or scratch regardless of how many times the cup is washed.
We support every order with free artwork setup and a digital proof before production. Whether you are ordering 50 personalised festival cups for a private event or 50,000 for a festival, the process is the same: send your artwork or brief, receive a proof, approve it, and we produce. We offer two print methods: single colour pad printing for simple logos and text, and full colour IML (In-Mould Labelling) for photographic-quality wrap-around designs. Both are done in-house at our Teesside factory.
We accept most standard file formats including AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG. For full colour IML, vector artwork (AI or EPS) produces the best results. We provide free artwork support and will advise if any changes are needed.
Standard production lead time for printed cups is 10 working days from artwork approval. Express options are available for urgent orders. Plain unprinted cups dispatch in 48 hours from stock.
Our minimum order is 50 units for both single colour and full colour printed cups across all sizes. Volume pricing applies from 500 units upward.
