Printed Cups Across the Full Size Range

We print on cups we make ourselves. That is the whole difference: no sourcing a blank from an importer, no colour drift between batches, no waiting on someone else's mould schedule. Artwork goes onto a cup that came off our own line the same week.

The range covers 568ml pint-to-line, 568ml pint-to-brim, 284ml half pint, the patented stackable, and wine and flute shapes. Pint and half pint sizes carry a UKCA mark at the measure. Everything is BPA-free polypropylene, shatterproof, and rated for hundreds of dishwasher cycles.

Printed Cups: Methods, Sizes and Lead Times

Printed cups from Drinksmate are decorated in-house on cups moulded at the same site in Stockton-on-Tees. Material is food-grade, BPA-free polypropylene: rigid, shatterproof and dishwasher safe at commercial temperatures. Pint and half pint sizes carry UKCA and CE marks at the legal fill line, which is the requirement for serving alcohol on licensed premises.
The first decision is print method. Single colour printing applies a single Pantone ink directly to the cup wall. It is the cheapest route per unit, has the shortest setup, and produces a clean, bold result for wordmarks, crests and one-colour logos. Full colour pad printing reproduces multi-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail. For designs that need to survive years rather than a season, in-mould labelling fuses the artwork into the wall so it cannot fade, peel or scuff.
The second is size. Pint-to-line at 568ml leaves headroom for a beer head and is the draught standard. Pint-to-brim holds 625ml and suits soft drinks, cocktails and mixers. Half pint at 280ml handles spirits, wine and shorter serves. The patented stackable lets a customer interlock and carry four drinks in one hand, which is a throughput change rather than a cosmetic one. Wine and flute shapes complete the range.
Minimum order is 50 units on any shape. Standard lead time is 10 working days from artwork approval; the Eco Saver tier runs 25 working days at the lowest unit price; express is 48 hours. Free UK mainland delivery on every order. Artwork setup and a digital proof are included at no charge, and we hold your files afterwards so a reorder next season matches rather than drifts. Single colour and pad print are durable but sit on the surface, so they show wear eventually across hundreds of cycles. In-mould labelling embeds the artwork inside the wall and does not wear at all.
Yes, to a Pantone reference on either method. Translucent polypropylene shifts some shades slightly and we will tell you where that happens rather than surprising you at delivery.
Pint and half pint sizes are UKCA marked for Great Britain and CE marked for the EU at the fill line. The mark is moulded in rather than printed, so it is unaffected by decoration and cannot wear off.
Yes. Artwork and press settings stay on file, so a run six months later comes off the line the same rather than a shade out.
