Production vs. Shipping
Because every cup we produce is custom-printed to your exact specification right here in the UK, your 'Total Delivery Time' is split into two distinct stages: Production Lead Time and Transit Time.

You choose your production speed at checkout or during your quote process. This determines your priority in our manufacturing schedule:
- Eco Saver: ~6 weeks (Standard backlog)
- Standard: ~2-3 weeks
- Prime Express: Under 2 weeks
- Priority Express: 24–72 hours (Emergency Skip-the-Queue)
2. Next-Day Shipping
Once your cups have finished the printing and rigorous quality control process on our factory floor, we ship them the very next business day.
- Courier: We use tracked, next-day delivery services (DPD/DHL/UPS) for all UK mainland orders.
- Cost: Standard shipping is FREE on all bulk orders as advertised in our catalog.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your pallet or parcel leaves our North East facility.
Order Cut-off
For urgent Priority Express orders, the order cut-off is 4:00 PM GMT. Orders approved and placed after this time will enter the production queue the following working day.
International Shipping
As a UK manufacturer, we primarily serve domestic events, but we regularly ship globally. Please contact our logistics team for a custom freight quote for deliveries outside of the UK Mainland.
