Custom Plastic Cups, Printed in the UK
Custom plastic cups printed with your logo, sponsor artwork or campaign design, moulded at our factory in Stockton-on-Tees. These are not thin disposables with a print on them: they are rigid polypropylene built for repeat service, which is why venues, festivals and brand teams order them rather than buying single-use stock every season.
The range covers 568ml pint-to-line for draught, 625ml pint-to-brim for soft drinks and cocktails, and 280ml half pint for spirits and wine. Every pint and half pint carries a UKCA mark at the measure, so custom plastic cups from us are legal for licensed bar service rather than decorative. The material is food-grade, BPA-free, shatterproof and rated for hundreds of commercial dishwasher cycles.
Two print methods. Single-colour print is the cost-effective option for wordmarks and crests. Full colour reproduces photographic and multi-colour artwork with no per-colour upcharge. We hold artwork on file, so repeat runs of custom plastic cups across a season or a multi-site rollout come back identical rather than drifting between orders.
Minimum order is 50 cups. Standard lead time is 10 working days from proof approval, 25 on the Eco Saver tier at the lowest unit price, or 48 hours express. If you are not sure which size fits your serve, tell us what you are pouring and where, and we will recommend rather than upsell.
