Branded Cups UK: The Complete Buying Guide

What counts as a branded cup

A branded cup is a reusable cup carrying your design as part of the cup itself, not a throwaway with a sticker on it. We mould ours from rigid polypropylene and print them in house, so the branding is durable, washable and event ready. The point is reach: a well printed cup stays in someone's hand for hours and goes home in the bag afterwards, which is more than most promotional giveaways manage.

Print options: full colour IML or single colour

How you print is the single biggest decision.

• Full colour IML (in mould labelling): the artwork is fused into the cup wall during moulding, so it is edge to edge, photographic and wash proof. This is the festival grade finish you see at major events. Best for sponsor branding, gradients and photography.
• Single colour screen print: a cleaner budget route for a straightforward logo or wordmark, where cost matters more than a full wrap.

Both survive commercial dishwashers, which matters if the cups are reused across a multi day event. Our cups are validated for commercial wash cycles and stay durable for 200 or more reuses.

Sizes and specifications

Every size below is dishwasher safe, stackable for transport, and available UKCA marked with the correct measure line.

Which size does which job: half pints suit wine, spirits and tasting sessions; pint to line is the all rounder for draught beer and cider served to a legal measure; pint to brim gives you the full volume for soft drinks and mixers where no head is needed; two pints cut the number of trips to the bar at busy festival service.

What branded cups cost

Pricing is per unit and improves with volume. The minimum order is 50 cups and there is no separate setup fee, so the unit price is the price. Full colour pricing at our standard tier runs as follows.

Artwork and turnaround

Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) or high resolution files. We supply a print template for your chosen size and proof the design before anything runs, with free artwork proofing from our in house design team. Nothing goes to production until you approve the proof.

Lead times begin after artwork approval:

• Standard: 10 working days.
• Eco Saver: 25 working days, at the lowest unit price.
• Plain unbranded stock: 5 working days.
• Express: 48–72hr on urgent jobs.

Because everything is moulded and printed in house in the UK, there are no import lead times to wait on. Free UK mainland delivery applies to all orders.
