Bulk festival cups are priced on volume tiers rather than a flat rate. Breaks fall at 2,000, 5,000, 25,000 and 100,000-plus units. The Eco Saver tier reaches £0.33 per cup at 2,000 units on a single-colour half pint, which is the cheapest configuration we make. Full-colour IML costs more at the entry point and converges with single colour print as volume climbs, because the per-colour surcharge that would normally punish complex artwork does not exist on IML.
Quantity planning is the part most events get wrong, in both directions. Without deposit-return you need roughly 4-6 cups per attendee per day at a beer-led event. With a deposit scheme and commercial wash rotation, the number collapses: a 10,000-capacity single-day festival that would need 50,000 cups raw needs around 12,500 in the pool at 4x rotation. Multi-day weekenders plan 1.5-2.5x unique attendance. Send us attendance, day count and bar setup and we will model it rather than guess.
Lead time is the real constraint at volume, not price. Standard production is 10 working days from artwork sign-off. The Eco Saver tier runs 25 working days and carries the lowest unit price, which is why most large orders are placed pre-season rather than in-season. Plain UKCA-marked stock dispatches in 5 working days for top-ups. Free UK mainland delivery applies at every tier, and we can split deliveries across sites or stagger them across a season if storage is the problem.
Every cup at every tier is the same specification: food-grade BPA-free polypropylene, shatterproof, commercial dishwasher safe, UKCA and CE marked at the fill line on pints and half pints.
